Online Banking Upgrades

We’re upgrading online banking on Sunday 13 April.

This means internet banking and mobile banking will be unavailable from 1:30am to 7:00am while we make these improvements.

Here’s what’s new in the upgrade

These changes are designed to make your everyday banking with PCU smoother.

✔️ You’ll be able to reorder your accounts so they appear in the order that suits you best.


✔️ You can add two accounts to your card (e.g. Cheque + Savings) in Mobile or Internet Banking.

✔️ If you choose to stop a damaged card in online banking, you’ll receive a new card with the same number and PIN (just a new expiry date).
