2024 Annual General Meeting

Calling all members to attend our 2024 AGM


When: 11am on Monday 16 December 2024.

Where: This year our AGM will be held exclusively online.

If you would like to attend, please email amy.linwood@policecu.org.nz and include your member number in the email.

You will receive a calendar invitation and link to join the meeting beforehand.

Rule Changes: This AGM will include a vote on changes to our Rules. Proxy voting is available.

Proposed Rule Changes

To ensure a balanced re-election cycle for the future, we propose a rule change for our 2027 election, when the four directors elected this year will be due for retirement/re-election.

Of the four directors elected in 2027, the two with the highest votes will serve for three years, the third-highest for two years, and the fourth for one year. This adjustment will help spread out director retirements and maintain continuity on the board.

If you cannot attend the AGM online and wish to vote, you can vote via our Proxy Voting Form which you can find below. The form includes instructions on how to complete proxy voting.
